Infrastructure Management

We manage and maintain your infrastructure, including servers, storage, LAN and WAN to ensure maximum uptime and reliability in all systems.

Support agreements may include the following infrastructure management products:

  • LAN / WAN Support, including cooperation and collaboration with Internet Service Provider(s)
  • Server and Storage Management
  • Backup and Restore Management and related Disaster Recovery services
  • Virtualized Environment Maintenance and Support, where applicable
End Point Management

We provide easy, secure, and reliable support of end point devices and installed software.

Support agreements may include the following endpoint products:

  • Secure Remote Support with Screen Sharing
  • Antimalware protection for supported devices
  • Hardware and software purchase recommendations
  • One device license for Microsoft 365 Applications for Business (as needed)
End User Management

We manage all users and user accounts across the organization.

Support agreements may include the following end user products:

  • One user license for Google Workspace Business Standard or Microsoft 365 Business Standard (as needed)
  • Each supported user will receive an assigned corporate email address and have secure access to shared organizational resources
