We provide easy, secure, and reliable support for end-point devices and installed software. This agreement includes the following end-point products: 

• Secure Remote Support with Screen Sharing 
• Antimalware protection for supported devices 
• Hardware and software purchase recommendations 
• One device license for Microsoft 365 Apps for Business

We manage all users and user accounts across the organization. This agreement includes the following products: 

• One user license for Google Workspace Business Standard or Microsoft 365 Business Standard
• Each user will receive an assigned corporate email address and have secure access to shared organizational resources
